USPA NEWS - The two United Nations Directors has confirmed to address Sustainable Development Goals 17 and 8 at the 2018 Africa Trade and Investment Global Summit scheduled to be held on June 24-26 at the World Trade Center ““ Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C. Under the main theme “Driving Trade, Unleashing Investment and Enhancing Economic Development: the Gateway to African Markets“.
The two United Nations Directors has confirmed to address Sustainable Development Goals 17 and 8 at the 2018 Africa Trade and Investment Global Summit scheduled to be held on June 24-26 in Washington DC. According to ATIGS's newsletter, Robert Skinner and Kevin Cassidy will speak to participants at the Summit on Monday 25th June. What are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals? What are the 17 proposals goals? How were the Goals chosen? How the goals will be founded and what will be the fundamental part of entrepreneurs..? Participants from around the world will learn more about how the 17 initiatives could transform the World by 2030.

According to ATIGS's newsletter, Robert Skinner and Kevin Cassidy respectively Director of the United Nations Information Center (UNIC) and Director and Representative to the Bretton Woods and Multilateral Organizations for the International Labour Organization (ILO) Office for the United States, will speak to participants at the Summit on Monday 25th June Robert Skinner is the Director of the United Nations Information Center (UNIC) in Washington, DC. His duties include managing United Nations public information activities in Washington, DC and the United States, and maintaining relations with officials from the U.S. government, members of Congress, media, civil society, the diplomatic community, business and educational institutions.
Kevin Cassidy, with over 33 years of international development experience, is currently the Director and Representative to the Bretton Woods and Multilateral Organizations for the International Labour Organization (ILO) Office for the United States.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Cassidy served as the Senior Communications and Economic and Social Affairs Officer for 11 years in the ILO Office for the United Nations with additional responsible for partnerships in North America.
The 2018 African Trade and Investment Global Summit are supported by the Africa Global Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber's President and CEO's Olivier Kamanzi will speak at the Summit on Monday, June 25th at 10 am.
